SP CANOEIST!!!!
finally the first land training started!
Meeting time was 5pm and at the rock wall.
The ppl i alr know in canoe: Rapheal, Alvin, Maisul, Shawn, Brandon, Ah Le, Casper, Adel, Zhuan Lun, and a couple of more MM-Campers.
When i arrived at the rock wall at 5pm. the place was SERIOUSLY packed like sardines.
We slacked there for a while until the real canoeists came ....
there was such a dark huge aura when they came(Tanned and super buffed) 0.o
We first proceeded to put our stuff in a really unsecure way.
Imagine if u were to 'entrust' your belongings and valuble to a bunch of people u just met.
Never mind about that.
Here comes the stupid part.
afterwards the field was our next destination.
upon reaching, we started really Slow jogging....
we could even literally walk luh...
slowly and slowly they increased the spd
then it finally felt like a real run.
RULES for the run.
: DO NOT OVERTAKE( i did that.)
:DO NOT GET LEFT BEHIND

There is a serious glitch in the system =P
First of all... i tried to over take to get to my friend.
Got caught.
Secondly.. i tried to over take *again* to not be the last ones.
Got caught.
Lols. here comes the part.
i tried closing up the gap.. ended up in a scolding.

haha.

meeting a target of 2000 pull ups.
Crazyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy.
more p.t. like push ups. jumping jack. etc...
P.s. Damn... even now my hand are still hurting from doing pumpings on the track.
it's just too damn rough. =.=
After all that p.t. we ended with introductions of the seniors
then i went home with brandon and shawn after fruit juice ^-^
I hope this is a start of something new.
